Movement

My teaching is rooted in a multiple modality approach incorporating the intelligence of Pilates for whole-body conditioning, alignment and strength-building and blending that with the mindful practices of Tai Chi, meditation and Yoga to cultivate flow and ease. 

 

With experienced and novice movers alike, I invite my students to listen and trust their bodies and to couple that awareness with curiosity to feel empowered and centered.
